About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a creative, strategic,
and detail-oriented professional to join OUP Pakistan’s marketing team as
Assistant Manager Marketing – driving awareness, promotions, execution of
events and publicity strategies nationwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the
planning, delivery, and execution of marketing activities – ensuring that
campaigns are delivered in a timely fashion, within budget, and in line with
agreed strategic objectives. Working with diverse internal and external
stakeholders, the post-holder will devise compelling customer value
propositions, translate these into efficient, integrated campaigns, and monitor
results to maximize reach and engagement.
Overall, the role aims to impact on driving adoptions
of our world-renowned publishing and provides multiple opportunities for
creative marketing and market engagement, including occasional visits to
schools, colleges, and higher education institutes.
About you
The ideal candidate should have:

A strong school
education with a Master’s degree in Marketing from a recognized university.
·
At least 4 to 5
years of experience in implementing a wide range of marketing activities to a
deadline and budget.
·
The ability to analyses
the effectiveness of marketing tactics and adapt accordingly.
·
The capacity to
independently manage a varied and demanding workload in a fast-paced
environment.
·
Impeccable
English language skills.
·
Excellent
communication, interpersonal skills, and team-working skills are essential.
·
Willingness to
travel as per business needs.
