Step 1:

Step 2:
After we review your application, you will receive an
invitation email from ‘Talent Team’ to appear for the Test. Approach the tests
as you would approach any new challenge. It might seem tough, but you can do
it!
Step 3:
Once you have been shortlisted after qualifying in the above steps, you will be invited for an interview with our trained recruiters. This is your opportunity to visit our office, speak with our people and ask questions about life and work at EY.
Step 4:
If you meet the fit at EY, you will get an offer to join us and begin working for a great company.

• Exemptions certificate
Your
key responsibilities:
• Collaborate constructively with colleagues, building
strong working relationships based on honest communication and mutual
accountability.
• Complete and document assigned work, roles and
responsibilities in line with work plans/budgets, set out expectations and EY
quality standards, methodologies, tools and technologies to achieve expected
outcomes. Take responsibility for correcting any errors or omissions
• Responding in a timely manner to clients' requests
whilst maintaining a professional attitude towards client needs at all times
and adhering to EY values, policies and procedures
• Provide feedback to the team about clients’ needs so
that EY responds effectively
• Identify areas of risk and risk mitigation and
communicate clear explanations and suggested actions to the project team or
line management.
• Identify areas of process improvements including
efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Analyze and clearly present data and other
information to identify significant trends or key improvement ideas.
• Ensure completion of all training requirements.
• Contribute to EY’s knowledge-sharing culture by
participating in forums, networks, and communities
• Demonstrate commitment to EY and professional
standards and to enhancing our brand with clients, regulators and other
stakeholders.
To
qualify for the role, you must have:
• BS Accounting & Finance.
• Degree holders of prestigious institutions within
the country awarding granted exemptions for CA pursuance are encouraged to
apply.
• Students holding degrees from accredited foreign
universities are also encouraged to apply.
